Walk & Talk Therapy

You mean I don’t have to lay on a couch?

No couches here! Walk and talks are only available in the Pittsburgh area.

Sessions occur at a location of your choosing such as a local park or walking trail. Want to do a mix of both Telehealth and in-person sessions? We can make that happen too.

Benefits of walk and talk therapy include:

  • Decreased anxiety and more comfortability talking about difficult topics

  • Reducing stress and improved emotional regulation

  • Ability to be connected to the earth and engage in mindfulness practices
